I. Daily Maintenance
1.1. Sterilize the burs before each use to prevent cross-infection.
1.2. Clean the file on the chuck before and after each use and ensure proper protection to prevent contamination or damage to internal components.
1.3. After treatment, disinfect all parts that come into contact with the patient using disinfectant wipes (free of bacteria, fungi, and formaldehyde).
1.4. Apply disposable protective film to cover the handpiece and screen area before treatment.
II. Regular Maintenance
2.1. If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery and store it in a sealed container.
2.2. Regularly clean the cable connection ports to ensure smooth and reliable contact.
III. Disinfection Instructions
3.1. The contra-angle, files, lip hooks, probes, and rubber sleeves must be sterilized in an autoclave before use.
3.2. The main unit, charging base, measuring cable, and charging cable must not be sterilized using high temperature and pressure.
IV. Precautions for Use
4.1. When the battery is low and the indicator light flashes, charge the device promptly. If fully depleted, charge for at least 4 hours.
4.2. Always use original accessories to ensure measurement accuracy.
4.3. Do not touch or remove the bur while pressing the foot pedal switch.
4.4. If using the combined ENDO amplification and apex locator function, a rubber sleeve must be applied for protection.
4.5. Do not use chemical agents to clean the device, as they may cause damage.
4.6. If the battery is fully charged but cannot support at least one day of operation, replace it immediately.
V. Protection and Storage
5.1. Handle the product with care during storage; keep it away from vibration sources and store it in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment.
5.2. Do not store the device near toxic, corrosive, flammable, or explosive substances.
5.3. During transportation, avoid strong impacts or vibrations. Handle with care, keep away from hazardous materials, and protect from direct sunlight and rain.
5.4. Store the product in an environment with a relative humidity of no more than 90%, atmospheric pressure between 70 kPa and 106 kPa, and a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C.
